Operations Executive will be responsible for day-to-day operations.
• Handle assigned distributors' account

• Handle & follow up closely on order processing including communication with overseas distributors/ customers on pricing issue, order entry, delivery, invoicing & warranty claim

• Liaise with suppliers/ customers on cargo readiness & documentations to meet the required delivery time

• Arrange prepayment and L/C with customers

• Prepare and manage all necessary documents for L/C negotiation submission, liaise with bank for any
discrepancies

• Prepare & provide reports when necessary

• Handle import & export logistics for shipments under assigned accounts

• assigned duties

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the Logistics/Supply Chain is required for this position.

• Meticulous and able to work under tight deadlines

• Good interpersonal skills & team player

• Proficient in MS Office

• Knowledge of SAP and Sales Force are an advantage

• High standards of integrity.

• Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills.
