• Provide product application demonstration, training, education, and ongoing support to end-users on the use of Cyberdyne products and software.

• Conducting market research and analysing industry trends

• Assist with clinical training system implementation, configuration, workflow design, and maintenance.

• Organize and conduct CME (Continuing Medical Education) activities to provide remote service support inclusive of preventive and optimizing the functions of the products.

• Collect product feedback, requirements, and standards to consolidate and plan for product iteration and　improvement.

• Collaborating and strategizing with the business and engineering team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or deep expertise in relevant product management and technical knowledge.

• 2-3 years of work experience as a Physiotherapist or Product Specialist or relevant.

• Proven excellence in both written and oral communication in English.

• Pleasant team player with good interpersonal, organisational and analytical skills.

• Time management and planning skills

• PC competency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint (or Keynote)

• Driving licens
