・Lead the team in charge to achieve the target.

・ Responsible to arrange line headcount based on the requirement.

・ Assist supervisor to prepare reports.

・ Ensure the safety guideline are followed.

・ Ensure operators perform the task as stated in work instruction and Process Flow Chart (PFC).

・ Plan and execute training plans for operators under the line in charge based on needs.

・ Ensure Production is running smoothly by getting the correct resources to solve the problem and perform escalation on time whenever needed.
・ Ensure proper pass-over of information to the following shift.

・ Conduction counseling to the operator whenever needed.

・ Report any violation of rules or procedures that happened within the work hour in charge.

・ Perform related duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Preferably Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.

✓ At least 1 years experience in line leader or assistant line leader role preferably in the Automotive industry.

✓ Experience in the warehouse is added advantage.

✓ Communication ability: Able to Communicate in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

✓ Computer Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.

✓ Able to work Overtime whenever needed.
