・Perform data & accounting entry, filling and other clerical duties as assigned

・Assist in preparing monthly Financial Report within the dateline

・Manage credit limit & preparing monthly Debtors & Creditor’s Ageing and send statement to customer

・Preparing payments for staff claims and company expenses

・ Maintaining and updating monthly inventory list

・ Preparing supporting notes for audit purposes

・ Participate in audit preparations by coordinating with auditors for financial statements and other finance related documents in order to comply with accounting and tax legal requirements.

・Submit quarterly report to Bank Negara and Custom

・To perform ad-hoc task assigned by superior

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance.

✓At least 3-5 years of working experience in related field is required.

✓Knowledge in handling full set accounts, payroll and company tax submission will be added advantage.

✓Solid understanding of accounting and financial procedures and regulations
