JOB DETAILJob Details

・ Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery with customer and supplier for domestic and international customer / suppliers.

・ Prepare necessary paperwork to activate / maintain services for customers / suppliers.

・ Key in invoice data and stock data into the system.

・ Follow up / ensure collection of payment in office.

・ Monitor and organize inventory of our stock

・ Collaborate with sales representative by providing necessary stock information for month-end sales reports

・ Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly

・ Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems

・ Filling of important documents in a manner that can be shared amongst relevant parties.

・ Perform any other duties / task assigned by superior.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University / College.

✓Preferably 1 – 2 years of working experience, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

✓Business level (Speaking / Reading / Written) of English

✓Basic knowledge of Microsoft office applications such as Word and Excel.

✓ Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

✓Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
