JOB DETAILJob Details

・To process sales orders into system.

・To liaise with sales personnel on enquiries on customer account.

・To assists and support delivery of goods to customers.

・Ensure proper documentation on issue sales orders, invoice & other related documents.

・ Maintain proper filing system & ensure effective document control for the easy access & retrieval.

・ Assist on inventory checking and stock tagging.

・ Pick and Pack according to delivery order.

・ To perform administrative and prepare paper work related to sales activities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma holder in any discipline.

✓ Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Logistics.

✓ Fresh graduate with positive characters are also welcome to apply.

✓ Preferable candidate who have working experience in Logistic and warehouse.

✓ Possessed Driving License and goods delivery experience is an added advantage.

✓ Able to communicate well in English and Malay.

✓ Proficiency in the use of desktop applications and window based programs.

✓ Good team player who is independent and self-motivated.

✓ Responsible and with good communication skills.

✓ OT will be provided should applicants need to work exceeding normal working hours.

✓ Travelling mileage provided if candidate need to travel on job purpose.
