Reporting
-Monthly sales and A/R Collection
-Competitor’s activity and market condition
-Distributor’s problem and issue solving
-Sales plan for new product launching

Coordinating
-with distributor relating to sales, A/R collection, documentation, shipping arrangements
-with sourcing dept relating to accessories shipment, documentation and delivery schedule
-with logistics dept relating to shipment, documentation and schedule
-with marketing on all related A&P matter
-to generate documentation, SAP, and filing
-warehousing when needed

Market environment & relationship building
-To understand market condition and activities related to specific accounts
-To strategies and develop marketing activities and campaign with Distributors
-Maintain and build relationship between company and Distributor

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least a Degree holder in marketing or related field.

✓ Minimum 2-3 years working experience in sales and Marketing

✓ Preferable candidate who have working experience in sales and Marketing to support local and international customer

✓ Experience in prepare sales report

✓ Experience in liaise with distributor and coordinating with shipment matter

✓experience to do market survey and maintain relationship with client

✓ Able to communicate well in English and Malay.

✓ Good team player who is independent and self-motivated.

✓ Responsible and with good communication skills.
