・Grow customer base and contacts in stockbroking and financial services industry.

・Analyse customer needs and estimate change effort required together with assigned Customer Group Project Manager and R&D Manager.

・Uncover business opportunities through identifying gaps in our solution and customer’s environment, and develop approach to close the gap in proposal to customer.

・Assist to ensure solution developed meets quality standard and delivered on time.

・Work closely with internal team, customers’ IT and business users on system requirement study and issues clarification.

・Support Head of Department on operation matters, management updates, resolving general customer issues and achieve assigned KPIs.

・Work collaboratively across departments or functions to meet customers’ needs and achieve common organizational goals.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Education: Degree or Diploma in any field

✓Experience: 2 to 4 years

✓Prefer candidates experience in account Manager in Stockbroking and financial services
