• Perform daily account operation activities; such as processing AP transactions, data entry & post of transaction to accounting system.
• Perform updating GL transaction.
• Compile cost data as required.
• Perform cash flow budget preparation and planning.
• Ensuring all accounting records and documents are properly filed and maintained
• Ensuring the accounts are worked and followed-up thoroughly and in a timely manner
• Handling of petty cash claim reimbursement
• Liaising with internal and external parties when necessary ie. Auditor, tax agent, bankers and resolve all the queries.
• Handling any other ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned by the superior or management
• Assist in support superior in perform month closing
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Candidate must possess at least LCCI/ Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Finance/ Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
✓Strong MS Office, spreadsheet skill, SAP knowledge will be an advantage.
✓ With good sense of responsibility and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
✓At least 1-2 years of experience handling AR.
✓ Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as well.
✓Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
✓Able to learn quickly and work as part of a team.
