Position Summary
A Business Development Manager who is ambitious, aspiring and positively dynamic; to help the
company to expand on clientele with the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through finding new opportunities, researching leads,
forging strong relationship with clients
Primary Responsibility
1. Leading both strategic & all operational commercial activities; contribute to the strategic direction
and business development of India market and future Middle East market.
2. Meet established financial goals (topline & bottom line) and objectives while maintaining territory
budget by driving business growth through geographical expansion strategy execution.
3. Track sales results vs. projected budget and outcomes objectives.
4. Develop go to market strategies through direct sales efforts and business partners to accelerate
CYBERDYNE products and services with a business partner in assigned territory
5. Support distribution partners in the sale of products, including training, sales meeting, technical
expertise, and marketing support of the Cyberdyne product portfolio. Establish a wider business
network and diversify the reaching out, with the objective to reduce dependency on a single
national distributor/ service provider.
6. Identify customer issues and resolves sales-related difficulties. Working with KOLs for strong
preference site
7. Act as a resource for contract negotiation, pricing, proposal, bid preparation, and all customer
follow-up.
8. Timely follow up and manage all leads that are distributed in the territory
9. Coordinate and facilitate each market regulatory requirement & procedures.
10. For new guideline advocacy and adoption/ implementation and/ or policy change: When we
launch a new product/new technology into Malaysia, ability to identify the right KOLs &
communication strategy, KOL mappings for Bottom approach as needed
Intended tasks
• Sales and Support:
o Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
o Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
o Promote Cyberdyne’s products addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
o conduct actual product demonstration, follow-up and supporting local distributor in
selling and closing deals.
• Teaching end users and distributors how to use HAL and Cyberdyne’s products in India & Middle
East Region
• Filming what they teach or know, so that it could be used to explain to more people
• Hosting seminars related to HAL and Cyberdyne’s products etc
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
Mandatory skill
• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Rehabilitation, Neurology, Sports Science, Laboratory
Science or equivalent.
• +5 years of Sales and Business experience in global companies or start-up companies
• Proven excellence in both written and oral communication in English and/or in local language for
its respective country, and negotiation skills
• Preferably have a solid understanding of the acute, post-acute rehabilitation market in the region
• In-country market knowledge, and experience in managing sales and distribution infrastructure
for healthcare products
• Self-motivated and excellent communication skills
• Excellent time management and planning skills
• PC competency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint (or Keynote)
• Willing to travel domestically and abroad
• Driving license
Bonus skill
• Ability to speak Japanese Language
• Experience of editing video footage
• Holds a medical license (PT/OT/Nurse/M.D
