• To assist Sales Manager in ensuring the Overseas Sales Team achieves monthly, quarterly and annual sales target set by management.

• To follow up on existing prospects to ensure assigned sales targets achieved.

• Conduct research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand markets requirements, identify market trends.

• Undertake ad-hoc assignment as and when required by management.

Market Environment & Relationship Building
• To strategies and develop marketing activities and campaign with Distributors.
• Maintain and building a continuous healthy business relationship between company and Distributors.

Update & Reporting
• Monthly sales and A/R Collection.
• Competitor’s activity and market condition.
• Distributor’s problem and issue solving.
• Sales plan for new product launching.

Coordinating
• with distributor relating to sales, A/R collection, documentation, shipping arrangements.
• with sourcing department relating to products sourced by company.
• with logistics department relating to shipment, documentation and schedule.
• with marketing on all related A&P matter.
• to generate documentation and filing

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Degree in Business or related field

✓Have regional sales experience

✓Have overseas sales experiences at least 3- 5 yearss

✓Able and ready to travel overseas.

✓ Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✓Good team player who is independent, self-motivated, enthusiastic and reliable
