• Prepare quotations and process purchase orders
• Assist customers on sales enquiries
• Liaise with Sales Team and Shipping Team on customers’ orders
• Rectify part number errors, request lead time changes to suppliers
• Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
• Minimum SPM with credit in English or Diploma in any discipline
• 2-4 years relevant working experience
• Order processing, customer service or telemarketing experience preferred
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Competent in MS office
