HR Job Task :
- Assist monthly staffs claims/Payroll

- Able to communicate and writing e mail/memo on HR Matters

- ISO records & documentations (Annual Review)

- Updating HR policies if required

Accounts Job Task :
- Handle all Account Payable & Receivable , Internal Bank Transfer Activities and transactions entries

- Handle all company Tax Transactions and payment –Corporate tax, SST , WHT etc

- Issuing Debit Notes and pass the transaction entries

- Able to liaise with auditor/Tax agent and government authorities

- Communicate will sales supports to assist and ensure accurate and timely reporting and ad-hoc management report

- Liaise with bank for exchange rates booking

- All insurances matter

- Arrange jobs such as office maintenance or IT issues if required for trouble shoot.

- Others related task if required

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

Experience : at least 2 years + in accounting /HR background

Education : Accounting

Writing : English , Malay, Chinese
