・Responsible for the timely preparation of accurate financial statements and reporting documents
・Review accounting system reports for accounts payable and accounts receivable
・Create data entry on journal entries
・Prepare first review of accounting system reports of Income Statement, Balance Sheet and general ledger on a timely basis.
・Prepare monthly financial management report with set timeline referring to Malaysian Private Entities Reporting Standard
・Compute estimation of Corporate Income Tax and review investment holding tax computation prepared by tax consultant and liaise with tax consultant to prepare accurate documents
・Liaise with banks for fixed deposit and related matters
・Monitor cashflow position and handle fixed deposit
・Coordinate for annual fiscal audit liaising with Auditor and prepare draft of audited financial statement
・Liaise with corporate secretary to prepare corporate documents to make management decisions
・Prepare annual budgets for annual Business plan
・Review the employee salary computation in collaboration with the vendor
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Degree in Finance/Accounting (At least)
✓At least 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
✓At least 1 year of experience in Supervisory experience
✓Proficiency in any Accounting Software/System with basic knowledge on journal entries/general ledger
✓Proficiency in using computer software to prepare reports and compute data
✓Corporate Income Tax calculation and preparation
✓Payroll and social fund computation
✓Financial analysis skills for reporting based on basic understanding for financial statement
✓Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia(good oral & written communication skills)
