・ Assist on preparation of full set accounts and book keeping.
・ Ensure daily transaction are updated
・ Ensure filing and documentations are properly recorded and up-to-date.
・ Prepare payment voucher and issuance of cheques.
・ Prepare monthly closing and meeting of accounting deadlines.
・ Allocations for AP payments – Local and overseas vendor
・ Half yearly and Annually Stock take
・ .Assist in Budgeting, Auditing and Taxation
・ Provided general administrative support to ensure effective and efficient office operations.
・ Performs other administration duties as assigned from time to time by superior.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Bachelor's Degree or At least Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
✓At least 3-5 years accounting experience
✓Experience in Full set Accounts
