・Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

・Responsible, manage and coordinate external and internal marketing asset.

・Key person to coordinate with global marketing team in UK for global marketing asset.

・Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team, example A&P and pending orders report.

・Managing bulk sample order and collecting product feedback from distributors.

・Organize and coordinate yearly Asia Distributor Conference.

・ Undertake ad-hoc assignment as and when required by immediate superior.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Degree in Mass Communications or Marketing related field.

✓Experience in marketing will be added advantage

✓ Excellent comprehension skills.

✓ Good command in English and Mandarin, written and spoken.

✓ Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, having design background will be an added advantage

✓ Candidate must be a details oriented and observant person.

✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and social media savvy.

✓ Good team player who is independent, self-motivated, enthusiastic and reliable.

✓ Knowledge in racket sports (tennis, squash or badminton) and social marketing will be added advantage.
