・To handle/prepare billing and invoices.

・To prepare and analysis accounting and related information.

・To prepare monthly reports/related reports/as instructed by superior on timely basis.

・To keep proper filing for all accounting documents and documents related to accounts.

・To do other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

✓Able to speak and write in English.

✓At least 2 years of working experiences in the related field.

✓Excellent with numbers.

✓Highly analytical and high attention to details.

✓Need to work on alternate Saturdays, 8.30am to 1pm.

✓Knowledge in shipping regulations and best practices will be an added advantage.
