・Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with key clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.

・ Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements, follow up with orders, collection and ensure the operations are run smoothly.

・Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner.

・Establish daily, weekly and monthly reports to both customer and Giga's management on designated account's performance.

・Identify areas for improvement for better operational execution and increase customer satisfaction towards GT.

・Stay up to date with new features and product launches from customer side in order to ensure smooth operation.

・Develop and implement processes and strategies for assigned customers to ensure achievement of goals.

・Developing business solutions that enhance the customer’s supply chain performance and reduces costs.

・Understand and analyze existing business and figure out opportunities to scale it up.

・Analyzes business data, and commercial needs of clients to evaluate business opportunities to reach cost effective business solutions.

・Actively participate in events, conference, seminars, and other promotional activities if required by customer.

・Develop trust relationships with key account clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.

・Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives / KPI.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.

✓Good communication and time management skills.

✓Able to speak and write in English.

✓At least 3 years of working experience in Shipping/Logistics industry especially in Automotive or related field.

✓Highly analytical and high attention to details.

✓Knowledge in shipping regulations and best practices will be an added advantage.
