Establishing stablishing sustainable partner relationship through performance monitoring and enhancement, striving for business sustainability and higher stakeholder values as well as being responsible for tenants’ communications, conflict resolution, and compliance.
Accountabilities

1. Develop a focal point contact between tenants and other relevant Departments within the Company

2. Develop standard operating procedures to facilitate in providing quick / immediate response towards tenants’ enquiries, issues, problems and concerns

3. Develop a structural approach to understanding tenants’ respective business models in order to better facilitate their business and operations requirements and provide intelligence to relevant personnel within Operations Department particularly and other relevant Departments within the Company

4. Develop dashboard of valuable intelligence for tenants for further betterment of performance

5. Identify weaknesses and develop strategies that will facilitate tenants to further enhance sales and service according to corporate targets

6. Develop a comprehensive database for each tenant in relation to business matters for quick reference

7. Analyze sales performance data and make recommendations for extension / renewal of contract at least 9 months before expiry

8. Develop category management structure and approach

9. Plan and develop method of communications for calendar of events / activities / campaigns

10. Develop standard operating procedures to ensure contract and operational compliance to meet business and customers’ expectations

11. Spearhead monthly communication / briefing to tenants, which includes internal coordination and preparation

12. Perform and execute any other duties assigned by your superior that may be deemed appropriate to this role

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration or Management

• Candidates with shopping mall experience will be preferred

• More than 4 years’ experience in commercial / retail business operations

• Added Advantage who has previously worked in similar capacity at shopping malls
