・ Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face / walk-in customers.

・ Respond promptly to customer inquiries, products, pricing, delivery information and complaints.

・ Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customers satisfaction.

・ Process customers orders, applications form and requests.

・ Prepare quotation, invoice, DO and make billing.

・ Perform customer verifications (based on transaction and credit limits).

・ Keep track of customer interactions, comments, inquries and transactions.

・ Communicate and coordinate with internal departments regarding customers enquiry

・ To perform any ad hoc assignments as assigned by immediate superior

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Candidate must possess at least Diploma qualification.

✓ Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.

✓ Required skills: Microsoft Words & Excel.

✓ Interest in helping and working with customers.

✓ Pleasant personality and good inter personal and communication skills.
