1. On Customer Service
a) To communicate with distributors relating to SO/PI, payment collection
(TT/Terms/LC), shipping documentation and shipping arrangement.
b) Follow up with distributors for on time payment before shipment and
Shipping Instructions.
c) To check and confirm customer LC contract & LC application to bank.
d) Issue Proforma Invoice to distributors for payment collection.

2. On Order Processing / Logistics / Billing
a) Processing and managing of all production orders and sample orders for
distributors.
b) Prepare SO/PI/PO/Invoice.
c) Timely and accurate update on all required information into order database
system.
d) Arrange with Finance Department to make payment to suppliers (AP).
e) Coordinate with suppliers to ensure all sporting goods delivered on time
and in good condition.
f) Prepare and checking of shipping document i.e Invoice, PL, BL,
CO/FE/FD, PD and APD
g) To Prepare LC documentations for submission to bank.
h) Followed up sales collection with the distributors and liaise with the
bankers for any LC raised.

3. After Sales / Others
a) After sales service - process defective claims.
b) Perform other duties as and when assigned by management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓At least 2 years of working experience in sales coordination and logistics.

✓Understanding of shipping and related documentation for imports into overseas sales markets.

✓Understanding of shipping and related documentation for export from overseas suppliers.

✓ Attention to details with speed and accuracy in data entry.

✓.Other skill good to have,
a) Experience working in a sporting goods company.
b) Experience in using database systems.
c) Experience in Excel reporting.
d) Experience in basic accounting.
