• To maintenance & support IT equipment and ensure business operation are run smoothly without interruption.
• To Perform daily support/operation on installation, maintenance, troubleshoot of hardware, software, system application, telephone PBX phone system, CCTV, emails, server, printer, backup/recovery, network infrastructure, WiFi,active directory & DNS server
• To proactively monitor IT security, anti-virus, windows patches for entire company IT devices.
• Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources
• To perform daily support & maintain for the ERP software such as pricing update, item relocation, SKU remove.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Candidate must possess at least a diploma, bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent minimum two (2) years of hands on working experience is required;
✓ Experience in switches & networking Site to Site VPN, Firewall, Ruckus, VPN setup and maintenance work.
✓ Experience in windows hardware support
✓ Experience in windows server (active directory) administration work.
✓ Experience in Syteline ERP software are advantage.
✓ Ability to work independently, proactive, punctuality, good attitude and able to work under pressure
✓ Work closely with other department/organization for scheduled onsite/offsite support.
