・ Execute operational activities such as delivery arrangements, monitor shipments, and facilitates shipping documents.

・ Sourcing and sales liaison for chemicals business.

・ Coordinates with Tokyo Head Office, customers, plants, shipping agents, and surveyor to ensure all operations are
in order, and smooth.

・ Monitor and keep track record of payments to & from customers.

・ May need to be involved in contract negotiation, new business studies such as outsourcing chemicals products from new plant and other new potential products

・Report on issues related to supply-demand, plant operation situation, and market update.

・Maintain good rapport with customers and business counterparts by having regular meetings, attending and organizing event with customers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

i) Have at least 3-4 years of experience in logistic coordination and management in chemical industry

ii) Possess knowledge in bulk petro-chemical related products is an added advantage

i) Excellent written and verbal communication skills

ii) Strong Microsoft Excel Skills

iii) Good problem solving and basic negotiation skills
