1. Conduct market research and analyse market trends, needs, customers behaviours, competitors’ analysis and future market trend forecast.

2. Develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and cross company products collaborations for local and international market.

3. Plan and manage the budget for sales & marketing advertising and promotion strategy.

4. Organise, manage, and execute the company’s new product launching plan, activities, promotional, events and exhibitions.

5. Liaise with inter department on new product launch plan including the stock, production schedule, products pricing, marketing strategies, brand position etc.

6. Attend to customer complaints promptly and resolve any issues amicably to enhance excellent customer relationship.

7. Prepare weekly/monthly report on sales & marketing performances and analyse the marketing strategies / campaigns result against the sales target result.

8. Perform other ad-hoc assignment and any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

1. Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Business Studies / Management / Mass Communications

2. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Highly experienced, creative, and good analytical skill with Marketing / Business Development / Retail industry background is an added advantage

4. Marketing enthusiast, updated with the latest trends and market demands

5. Great communication skills and ability to present reports proficiently 6. A good team player, great leadership, and excellent project management skills

6. Experience in international sales
