Support the development and implementation of Human Resources initiatives and systems
1. Managed monthly payroll including statutory contributions
2. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
3. Create and implement effective onboarding plans
4. Develop training and development programs
5. Assist in performance management processes
6. Support the management in disciplinary and grievance issues
7. Maintain employee records (leave, medical claims, overtime claims) according to policy and legal requirements
8. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
9. Provide counseling on policies and procedures
10. Perform and execute any other duties assigned by your superior that may be deemed appropriate to this role
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Social Studies or other relevant field
• More than 4 years’ experience in Human Resources Management
• Knowledge of Human Resources functions (remuneration and benefits, recruitment, training & development)
• Possess good understanding of labour laws and discriplinary procedures
• Pro-active
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good organizational skills
