- Handle Full set of Accounts including Inventory, AR and AP.

- Handle data entry and responsible for daily accounts recording functions.

- Handle Annual Financial Statement, Tax return and SST in compliance with Malaysian Accounting Standards

- Process monthly billing, claims and payment.

- Responsible for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger.

- Monitor and analyse daily sales data and reconciliation with daily banked in amount.

- To run payments, invoice and maintain daily bank reconciliation. Ensure discrepancies are resolved or reported on
timely basis.

- Responsible for monthly closing and preparation of monthly management accounts.

- To ensure all financial transactions and accounts are in compliance with statutory requirements.

- Other ad hoc duties or project as assigned by superior or management from time-to-time.

- Performs assessment for Estimated Credit Losses annually

- Creates Leased assets and lease liabilities schedules

- Understands inventory obsolescence

- Compute deferred tax liabilities/assets

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓At least Bachelor degree in account or related field

✓ At least 6 years of experience as accounting role in which 3-4 years in auditing.

✓ Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
