• Manage and lead the sales operations team in daily operations matters.

• Manage day to day operation and provide support to the sales department and work closely with various stakeholders to handle pre-sales service, order processing, invoicing, issuing PO & DO.

• Develop and review monthly forecast for purchase and inventory.

• Provide analysis and prepare sales and inventory related reports and business updates for management.

• Review workflow and processes and provide improvement suggestions to enhance on the productivity and efficiency.

• Handle assigned distributors' account.

• Handle & follow up closely on order processing including communication with overseas distributors/ customers on pricing issue, order entry, delivery, invoicing & warranty claim.

• Liaise with suppliers/ customers on cargo readiness & documentations to meet the required delivery time.

. Liaise and coordinate with Asia-Pacific regional distributors for sales order status and delivery schedule.

• Arrangement with distributors on negotiation of Letter of Credit and advance payment.

• Administer export documentation for shipment of order to distributors.

• Administer business documents such as distribution agreement, authorization letter, letter of intent, and other contract or letters to maintain business and office administration.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of related experience.

• Strong leadership skills and must be a team player.

• High standards of integrity and ethics.

• Meticulous and able to work under tight deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Hands –on experience in dealing with Letter of Credit documentation and negotiation is a must

• Good knowledge of shipping and incoterms.
