・ Solid experience in all Electrical works involving Plant Electrical and Substation Maintenance Activities.

・ Familiarity with maintenance programs, Engineering specifications, Codes, drawings, Industrial practices and procedures and/or experience in Construction field is an added advantage.

・ Broad maintenance Electrical engineering experience across low voltage & high voltage Motors, package electrical system, switch gears, motorize valves and Transformers and etc…

・ Experience in Air circuit breakers, Vacuum circuit breakers, Air disconnect switches, Oil circuit breakers, Battery stations/chargers, Cables and bus, Surge arrestors, Protective relays, UPS systems (uninterruptible power supply).

・ Identify and implement improvement ideas to improve operational performance, increase availability, and reduce costs. {KAIZEN)

・ Evaluate the efficiency of electrical systems, machinery, components and products.

・ Understand design specifications and technical drawings.

・ Installation and inspection of HV/MV cables, switch gears, and protection relay.

・ Knowledge of Preventive maintenance: Switchgear Insulators, supports, and connectors—Inspect insulators and conductor supports for signs of cracking, broken pieces, and other physical damage or deterioration and etc…

・ To design testing methods for different systems.

・ To ensure plant and associated systems are properly operated and maintained in accordance with the applicable regulation and company standards.

・ Monitor a product and improve on future design.

・ Collect, analyse, interpret and summaryze data into written product reports.

・ Knowledgeable in estimate project BOQ, tender bidding/negotatitation, scheduling, cost control and quality control

・ Provide support on technical issues from SANKYU overseas subsidiaries

・ Provide guidance and advice to SANKYU training ground

・ Exchange and support with Sankyu Maintenance Center in Japan (Chiba)

・ Trainer role on specialized subjects at SANKYU TECHNICAL ACADEMY

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Degree in Control & Instrumentation Engineering and/or any professional qualification in related fields or equivalent

✓ Min of 5-10 years' or more of experience in Electrical Equipment's related jobs in refinery or petrochemical plant maintenance

✓MS Office and other related software skills

✓ Excellent command of English both spoken and written

✓Multilingual is an added advantage although English is the main medium of instruction
