・Work with respective business PIC to gather the name of third-party staff to be converted and check if any compliance/employee relation related concern.

・Create Job Requisition and position on behalf of hiring manager due to the bulk conversion.

・Help Talent Acquisition (TA) team to manage and handle the administrative works of third-party conversion such as documentation collection (CV, payslip, reference check etc) from agency and manage the conversion inquiry etc.

・ Monitor the probationary period for third party converted to permanent.

・ Ad-hoc administrative follow up for HRBPs.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

1. Open to fresh grad / associate (0 – 3 years of working experience)

2. Detailed oriented and organized at work.

3. Solid knowledge of using Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
