Product Aspect
•To establish KOL and install base for NK unique technologies in Malaysia market.

•Planning of NKM’s participation in conferences/workshops

•To conduct CMEs, user training and demonstration on NK products (ECG, PMS, Ventilator & TEC) as and when needed.

•To conduct internal (NK’s staff) and external (Distributors & End Users)

•To prepare educational presentation as to relate NK technologies and the hospital’s SOP which will be used for demo, presentation and training.

•To work closely with NKM sales team for marketing activities

•To focus on producing educational materials such as presentation slides, quick guides, videos and etc.

•To work closely with NKS product specialist on new product launched.

•To provide product’s information as and when contacted by distributors and end users

Sales Aspect
•To assist our distributor in achieving their target

•Assisting distributors in producing product configuration as and when requested.

•Direct marketing to end user.

•Establish KOL for Nihon Kohden respective product line-up

•To develop new sales channel for Nihon Kohden in Malaysia market

•Distributor’s management. To guide and ensure distributor achieve their target.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• • At least 5 years of working experience in medical equipment industry or healthcare institution.

• Preferable to have clinical experience in critical care areas such as ICU, CCU, NICU and etc

• Willing to travel

• Diploma/Bachelor in Science or Medical Related field is a must.

• A good team player with excellent professional interpersonal relationship with co-workers

• Self-starter, able to work with limited supervision.

• Able to set priorities.

• Flexible, open-minded and easily adapts to any given circumstance or situation.

• Can work efficiently even when under pressure and can multi-task effectively

• Coordinate with team & management for timely & effective completion of assigned tasks.

• Explain correct information to distributors by phone and mail.

• Demonstrate clinical teachings and facilitation skills

• Knowledge of teaching and learning in the health care environment.

• Understanding of the compliance of medical device regulation under the ‘Good Distribution

Practice for Medical Devices policy

• Knowledge of policies and procedures required for Good Distribution Practice (GDPMD), ISO 13485 or equivalent.

• High level computer literacy
