・Responsible for Sales & Marketing Department which includes the management of the department staff. You are required to give training for sales team, motivating, assigning task and scheduling,coaching, counselling and disciplining the employee.

・Responsible to determine annual sales growth and implementation of marketing strategies to ensure the sales targets are achieved.

・Responsible for establishment of sales objective by forecasting and developing expected sales volume for existing and new products.

・Responsible to conduct dealers’ meetings, trainings, seminars and events with key customers to ensure strong relationship.

・Responsible to plan and execute New Dealers’ recruitment and also monitor their performance

・You may be required to travel to dealers’ location for major promotion activities.

・You are required to participate in Management Discussions, Directors’ Meetings and important meetings.

・Coordinate with Dealers to plan promotional events for sales development.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Beauty industry and

✓with working experience atleast more than 5 years.

✓ Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese

✓ Applicant must be willing to work in Shah Alam

✓ At least few years of working experience in the Sales Marketing essential preferably in cosmetic industry is required for this position

✓ Knowledge in facial beauty shall be of advantage
