・Build and optimaze strategies for SEO clients that result in the client’s exceeding their goals with white - grey - black hat SEO

・Rank & stable Client's SEO websites on top of Google

・Partner with the Project Managers in driving efficiency and scale across primary operational KPIs

・Provide leadership support in pitching new business and growing clients

・Understand changes to the marketplace and industry, adjusting client SEO strategies accordingly

・Oversee department budget, including staffing and resource requirements like capacity planning

・Help develop and improve our SEO product and deliverables to be the best in the market.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Passion for SEO: you’ll need to love all aspects of SEO from content development to backlinking, technical SEO to PR. You’ll need to be both strategic and to execute with excellence.

✓At least 3-4 years of experience as an SEO Manager with a proven track record of results

✓Understand Market Trend of SEO in Southeast Asia

✓Clear and direct communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with both developers and C-level management.

✓Candidate should be comfortable collaborating across functions with marketing and developer teams to articulate results

✓Knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage

✓Constantly updating the latest knowledge about SEO and market trend
