・Advice and design based on relevant engineering authority standards requirements to design for client/ tender project.

・To attend and explain technical specifics to sub-contractors, clients, discussion and meetings.

・To support and monitoring all branches engineering operating.

・To liaise and coordinate with authorities/consultant for site inspection and approval.

・To prepare project forecast budget, margin, calculation & documentation.

・Study, highlight and resolve any discrepancies of drawings, BQ and specifications.

・ To monitor construction projects to ensure that procedures, materials, and equipment comply with approved project plans, specifications, and samples, owner standards and quality.

・Resolve any site problems should any arise.

・Project Scheduling, planning and monitoring work progress to ensure timely completion.

・Attend and answer Japan HQ enquires of projects.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

✓Minimum 10 years above of experience as a Mechanical Engineer with a focus on HVAC tendering & design required (MUST)

✓Experience in Engineering company and as a subcontractor company

✓Experience in Tendering plant/ factory and price negotiations.

✓Experience in liaise with internal and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of mechanical installation, design development and provide author supervision

✓Experience design, cost estimation and familiar with tendering process and prior experience in HVAC, General Process Utility and Clean Room Design is an added

✓With good knowledge in design, cost estimation and familiar with tendering process and prior experience in HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Sewage, General Process Utility and Clean Room Design.
