・ Actively handling a portfolio of Affiliate marketing programs and their affiliates.

・ Hunt, recruit and develop new affiliates and/or paid channels in key markets.

・ Drive rapid growth and support the company's client sales and marketing objectives.

・ Analysis of affiliate/channel performance, reporting ROI results & propose optimization strategies to maximize efficiency.

・ Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates/channels through regular contact include Skype, telephone and email communication.

・ Stay current with trends in affiliate and/or CPC marketing and identify new opportunities including competitor analysis/monitoring of both affiliate offers and other offers.

・ Assist with Manager on business growth based on company target and KPIs

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓At least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Business or equivalent.

✓Requires at least 2 years of working experience in related field.

✓Communication and interpersonal skills

✓Customer service skills

✓An eye for detail

✓Analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns

✓Drive and self-motivation

✓A flexible approach to work

✓The ability to work well under pressure and prepare to multitask

✓Teamwork and the ability to foster good working relationships

✓Copywriting and design skills will be advantage
