• Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions. Ensures operations meet approved budget levels.

• Performs and/ oversee software and application development, installation, and upgrades.

• Coordinate with HQs/ other department to promoting introduction of new system and management information system to related department.

• Develop new system and enhance existing system.

• To give support to local user on Email & internet access facility.

• Obtaining an accurate and comprehensive inventory of software licenses and usage.

• Troubleshoot computer system problems and determine source and advise on appropriate action.

• Monitors and maintains network stability, including Lease line/ IP-VPN

• Take care of Server, CCTV system and PABX phone system

• Other duties or project as assigned by Top Management

• Provide on-demand help desk/ technical support to all level staff of company

• Responsible to manage Microsoft server 2016

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Software Engineering

• Minimum 5 years related working experience

• Have knowledge in programming : VBA, PHP

• Familiar in Database : MySQL

• Able to work independently
