On-site Duties:
・Work on daily tasks at Oji Paper's facility, ensuring smooth collaboration with Arakawa Chemical.
Respond to inquiries and provide technical support for products and services.
Equipment Maintenance:
・Conduct regular maintenance of chemical manufacturing equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
Promptly and effectively address any issues or malfunctions to maximize operational uptime.
・New Product Proposals:
Continuously research information on new chemicals and technologies from Arakawa Chemical, providing suitable proposals for Oji Paper.
・Understand customer needs, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to company growth.
・Quality Management:
Adhere to quality standards for products and establish/maintain quality management processes.
Undertake initiatives for quality improvement and implement appropriate measures based on customer feedback.
・Communication:
Coordinate with Arakawa Chemical, reporting project progress and addressing issues to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with Oji Paper staff, fostering a cooperative relationship to achieve project goals.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Deep knowledge of chemical products at least 10 years.
✓Skills in technical support and troubleshooting.
✓Experience in new product proposals and project management.
✓Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
✓Business communication skills in English and chinese
