・ To continuously co-ordinate with the current existing warehouses or other logistic service providers, for proper and effective operation, and to propose new suitable warehouse or other logistic service provider, to meet relevant Sales Group requirement or request, and to contribute establishment of Company’s better logistic operation.

・ To do cost simulation on related logistics issues and to perform cost review on trucking/forwarding/storage and negotiation of price with logistics companies.

・ To communicate effectively and proactively with sales and customer service staff to solve operational problems by analyzing and solved systematically.

・ To examine new items application submitted from Sales Group and make sure all attachments are in order from the point of compliance with related laws (SGC, DG etc), and properly and timely proceed with their registration via relevant system, Mezzanine.

・ To constantly follow and maintain any latest update of any relevant regulations for smooth Company daily operation, in any manner, such as contacting Government offices to obtain approval or seek opinion for items which requires compliance to Domestic/International regulations, and make any notification or announcement to Company staff.

・ To update, check and propose for correct HS Code to sales team.

・Understand the basic of the Malaysia custom act, LMW or Free Zone requirement. Able to attend to customs, MITI, MIDA, DOSH, DOE, MOH matters. Example, Duty, Sales Tax, HS code, Duty Exemption or Drawback, Import/Export license or permit.

・ To support on the new application of license and permit.

・ To continuously enhance and deepen necessary knowledge and skills in logistic area, by such as attendance to appropriate seminar, and to brief and share the knowledge gained to internal staff.

・ Understand the Dangerous Cargo handling and storage conditions. Waste Management process or requirement

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Obtained at least Diploma in Supply Chain, International Business, Business Admin or related feild.

✓ Language required: Mandarin, English, Malay

✓ Candidate must at least has 4 years of relevant working experience in logistic industry.

✓ Preferable someone handle Dangerous Cargo will be added advantage
