・Assist the CEO in project follow up and inside sales for Japanese key accounts.

・Assist with CEO and Japanese customers communication

・Preparation of reports, presentations, information for meetings, correspondence, etc.

・Provide appropriate hospitality for Japanese guests.

・Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Candidate with more than 1 year experience in Customer Service or Secretary in a Japanese organization will have added advantage.

• Fresh Graduates who are keen to develop career in customer support are also welcome to apply.

• Possess good communication, strong administrative and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and have an eye for detail.

• Proficient in MS Office

• Travelling is minimal, but there is a chance for business visit and this position must be willing to visit customers when required

• JLPT N1 is required for this position, to liaise closely with Japanese customers and CEO
