-Installation/Modification/trouble shooting/parts replacement/provide trainings
-Basically station at customer site in Penang. PIC for mainly 2 clients.
-Company provide the training(OJT).
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ At least 1 - 2 years experience in semiconductor backend process
✓ Especially die bonder experience is preferable.
