1. CR:
1) develop order policy for APAC & India together with Centralized Contract Center and
other related organizations by collecting requirements/demand from R&D / factories and
proposals / quotations from suppliers in Asia + India and reviewing global information
from others.
2) Analyze total delivery costs in detail.
3) Negotiate with suppliers or collaborate with responsible negotiation organization for
optimal QCD.
2. VE:
1) propose alternative supplier which meets QCD requirements or propose alternative
material based on benchmark study,
2) review with R&D and factories for joint direction,
3) Negotiate with suppliers or collaborate with responsible negotiation organization for
optimal QCD
3. Common:
- Learn Panasonic Centralized Contract scheme and organization.
- Understand Panasonic R&D and factory requirements / demand.
- Communication / Customer satisfaction: Listen to factory key players’ voice and/or
review data to find opportunities for improvement, set mutual agreeable targets and
accomplish them.
- Achieve team’s KPI’s for CD/ VE annua
