・ Manage customer relationships and to promote CS to achieve company sales objectives

・ Follow-up customer requirements and develop, present & propose available options and negotiate budget

・ Attend machine services on site within a short notice *Handle renewal and project-based jobs in factory environment

・ Aware of safety hazards and protect from work injuries and accidences

・ Sales revenue and Service quality provided will be counted as KPI

・ Other duties as assigned

・ Report to Managing Director in Malaysia and CS Division Manager in Singapore

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronics Discipline

✓Minimum 1 or 2 years’ experience on site services and troubleshooting on machine with Servo System and PLC controllers

✓Troubleshooting skill in machine and good knowledge of electrical systems and applicationsOthers

✓Must possess a car & driving license in Malaysia

✓Must be able to travel at short notice

✓Good communication skill and personality

✓Training on company products will be provided
