・Marketing & Sales of Chemical products, material of electronic devices

・Handle & develop new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking

・Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business

・Find new suppliers according to the customers requirement or the market demand

・Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

・Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

・Maintain and develop relationships with new & existing customers via telephone calls and emails

・Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries from Japanese customers

・Act as a contact between a company and HQ Japanese colleagues

・Make costing calculations and providing customers with quotations

・Make monthly reports & interpretation from/to Japanese in the meeting

・Translation of documents/ emails

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Degree in Business Administration or related field

✓Language Japanese Speaker JLPT N1/ JLPTN2

✓communicate and writing well in Japanese

✓Experience in trading sales company in chemical or electronic devices industry

✓Experience in Business Development
