Salary range that we can offer is Up to RM3500, if the candidate have more working experiences from this field, can offer only RM4000. Immediate start work on mid of October/ end of October/ mid of November 2022 will be added advantages.

JOB DETAILJob Details

・ Prof-read, draft, review contracts and negotiating internally & externally

・ Raise contracts approval in legal system and liaise with internal lawyer - HQ & RHQ

・ Ensure the contracts is legally binding - Sign & Stamp

・ Liaise with Government bodies/local authorities, external lawyers, outsource vendor, internal managers, building management

・ Raise internal approval related to administrative tasks

・ Filing and retrieval of agreements/legal documentations

・ Liaise Company Secretary & other department on the related secretarial documents

・ Handling KPDNKK Tribunal Claim with relevant authorities and department

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Qualification - Bachelor of Law from Local Universities or from UK.

✓Must have experience as a para legal in law firm or legal affair in the private sector

✓Experience minimum 6 months
