・Handle sales activities with General Contractor and Construction Company.

・Experience in liaise with Contractor, and Building Owner.

・Ability to organize, plan and analyze.

・Hands-on and result oriented, ability to work under tight schedule and challenging environment.

・Independent, Confident, Matured and Organized.

・Understanding plan drawing and measurement calculation

・Conduct product presentation and attend tender interview- prepare general quotation and BQ quotation

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree holder in Business Studies / Marketing or equivalent are preferred.

✓Minimum 1 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in Sales / Marketing in building material.

✓Good communication skills

✓Proactive, aggressive, team player, able to work independently & result-oriented.

✓Possess own transport

✓Ensure work accuracy is achieved and company regulations are fully complied
