・ Plan, forecast, and purchase parts required for machineries in manufacturing operations
・ Perform Inventory control, risk mitigation, vendor and 3PL management, which includes reducing lead time of supplies, ensuring optimum utilization of resources and supply reliability and availability
・ Perform stocking analysis and reporting to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory
・ Communicate & provide advice to customer requests and/or queries
・ Any other duties as and when assigned by the Management
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Minimum 2 years experience in Inventory Planning, Logistics or warehousing.
✓Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business
✓Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
✓Able to work under pressure to meet the deadline
✓High sense of Urgency and accuracy
✓Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
✓Ability to work independently as well as in a team
✓Good communication and organizational skills
✓Training will be provided
✓Ensure compliance, with all regulatory, Customer and Company Division EHS and Integrity policies
