・ To provide real -time business level translation and interpretation support between Japanese and English language

・ Assisted in documentation such as reports.

・ Provide administrative/secretarial support and communicate with KL-HQ

・ To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Fresh graduate from Japan Universiti OR

✓1-2 years working experience in Malaysia/Japan and graduated in Japan

✓Required Language(s): Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1 N2 or BJT J2 above /equivalent business level spoken and written proficiency), Fluent Bahasa Malaysia, English.

✓Experience in translation /Interpretation

✓ Most important element: Have basic business manner; understand Japanese working culture

✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in bilingual is a must in order to liaise with non-English speaking team

✓Must be efficient and confident to work in fast paced environment

✓Good time management and interpersonal skills & detailed oriented
