・Taking charge of in the entire project & product sales process.

・Ensure high customer satisfaction by establishing effective communications with the clients and attending to customers’ complaints and concerns.

・Visit customer’s site, attend site meeting to resolve site issues.

・Work with supplier, contractor, and consultant.

・To provide consultation and sales quotation to client upon request

・Coordinate the external scheduling for service/ project works with clients.

・Follow up on job status and completion and send the report, delivery order and invoice to client on time.

・Monitoring and follow up the sales prospects, project execution, weekly reviews, payment collection, after sales service, etc.

・Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓At least 2 years of working experience in sales related position in office furniture

✓Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point.

✓Cheerful personality and customer oriented with pleasant personality.

✓Candidates with immediate or short notice period will be an advantage
