・ Troubleshoot issues with computer applications and provide support to all staffs in IT related matters.

・ Resolve and troubleshoot computer hardware or software issues including support and installation

・ Creating and developing devices, sensors and software including researching, testing and documentation IoT solutions

・ Designing, coding and testing features of IoT devices.

・ To maintain database, files, monitor system configuration and assist on tracking the company's IT infrastructure assets.

・ Ensure the smooth and efficient running of all IT systems in the organization and monitor the IT equipment.

・ Prepare system validation /ISO/GMP/Blueprint and operation related documentation of the system.

・ To liaise with vendors for the purchase, repair and maintenance of IT equipment

・ To manage Microsoft Active Directory and assists in data backup to prevent loss of information.

・ Involve and participate in IT projects, activities and provide insight into technical requirements.

・ To develop and supervise computer information resources, ensure data security, virus prevention, strategic computing and disaster recovery system.

・ To design network, router, and configure server as well as support and implement IT infrastructure, WAN and LAN.

・ Continuously review and develop computer or information policies or procedures.

・ Participate in all phases of systems development Life Cycle activities based on business requirements, gathering and analysis, system design, database design, system development and deployment, unit testing and technical or documentations.

・ Carry out documents migration by utilize Share points for documents management. Conceptualizing and developing share points solutions, collaborative form development in SharePoint or other system.

・ Perform any other duties as and when required by management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Diploma / Degree in Science Data communication & Networking or any other relevant field.

✓4years in IT support of Manufacturing industry and infrastructure environment

✓Hands on experience in ERP system, applications, database system, networking and security, managing server hardware, virture OS and experience in programming.

✓Good in teamwork, leadership skills, communication skills and problem-solving skill.

✓Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, CSS and AJAX and proven experience with OOP languages (JAVA, C++, VB.NET).
