• Keep systems running smoothly and ensure clients get the maximum benefit with minimum downtime
• Talk to clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help any resolve issues raised by Clients
• Liaise with developer for troubleshoot system, diagnosing and drive the solving for any failure.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Support the roll-out of new applications with Project Development Consultant
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
• Prioritize and manage many open cases/issues at one time
• Test and evaluate any new update system release from developer
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Product/System Support
• Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication in Malay & English.
• Ability to speak in Chinese will be added as advantage
