・ Key in invoices and management of payments
・ Administrative support such as managing emails,
・ Meeting arrangement between Directors, ensuring the secretaries are aware on the schedules of meeting,
・ Facilitate Directors claims, requests for purchase of devices, requests for information
・ Coordinate travel, hotel accommodation & ground transportation.
・ Coordinating Board arrangement
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Reasonable written and spoken communications in English and Bahasa Malaysia
✓ Organized, disciplined and meticulous about completing tasks
✓ Ability to multi-task with competing work priorities and demands
✓ Discreet given confidential nature of role
✓ Ability to communicate with Senior Level persons like directors
